Well, this is a surprise. As we're dealing with the news about the BioShock film becoming PG-13, I found this web article from last year's Gnomon Workshop interview with Makeup Effects Artist Scott Patton, who's worked on movies like Pirates of the Carribean: Curse of the Black Pearl.

What drew my attention was one of his pics of a more aquatic-looking Big Daddy Bouncer. Interesting enough, it has a logo below of Legacy Effects (formerly Stan Winston Studios).

Now, I'm not going to instantly confirm this pic for the BioShock (film) page yet, but it's quite a coincidence that the artist worked on a POTC film, who's director, Gore Verbinski, was once the director of the BioShock film, and has made a pic of BioShock's Big Daddy signed with the Legacy Studio's logo.

Speculation or not, the pic does look like what a film version of a Bouncer could possibly look like, even if was made as a early draft. But since this was made last year, and the news of Universal's direction for the film, who knows if this is one the studio will consider. What do you think? Evans0305 03:01, February 17, 2011 (UTC)
