The Bird or The Cage is a secret Achievement/Trophy in BioShock Infinite. The Achievement is worth 25 Gamerscore and the Trophy is bronze.

The player will have to fend off the Vox Populi, until The Hand of the Prophet reaches Monument Island.
Notes[]
- This Achievement/Trophy is story related and will be unlocked as the player progresses in the game. It can not be missed.
- The Achievement/Trophy will be unlocked as soon as Booker DeWitt has defeated every enemy on the Hand of the Prophet and takes the Whistler from Elizabeth, to order the Songbird to fully destroy Monument Tower and the Siphon, at the bow of the ship.

- The Achievement/Trophy icon depicts the Songbird.
- The Achievement's/Trophy's name The Bird or the Cage refers to when Elizabeth got to pick her cameo from Robert and Rosalind Lutece at Battleship Bay and that the bird (Songbird) will destroy the cage (Monument Tower).
