Static Discharge

Static Discharge is a combat tonic that causes the user to emit an electric burst when struck by a melee attack. The burst does thirty points of electric damage and has a 15% chance of shocking the attacker. It may be stacked with Static Discharge 2. Warning! If you are near a Big Daddy or a Little Sister, and are struck by a Splicer, the static discharge splash damage will turn the Big Daddy hostile.
