Static Discharge

Static Discharge is a combat tonic that causes the user to emit an electric burst when struck by a melee attack. The burst does 30 points of electric damage and has a 15% chance of shocking the attacker. It may be stacked Static Discharge 2. Warning! If you are following a Big Daddy, waiting for it to summon a Little Sister, and are struck by a Splicer, it will alert the Big Daddy.
