Sonorous Inc was a music industry corporation located in the city of Rapture. While Sonorous Inc. is never actually encountered in the BioShock series, its name and logo can be seen on its products and businesses.

Rapture favored aggressive capitalism and laissez-faire economics. Under such a system, monopolies came to dominate different markets. Sonorous Inc. owned Rapture Records, the most visible and well-known distributor of music in the underwater city. The company is also known for producing their own brand of amplifiers. Said amplifiers can seen be seen all around the city from the stereos on the Kashmir Restaurant's stage to the security alarm in the basement shack of Worley Winery.
