Plot[]
The story of this cabinet is designed to teach children about reporting suspicious strangers. This tale was likely conjured to encourage children to be on the lookout for the so-called "False Shepherd", or to spot potential members of the Vox Populi.
Transcript: Are you a Duke or a Dimwit? When Duke sees a suspicious-looking character, he reports him to his authorities straight away. When Dimwit sees a suspicious-looking character, he ignores him, and focuses on his new scooter. Remember, boys and girls, don't be a Dimwit.
