Security Expert

Security Expert is an Engineering Tonic which gives the user a bonus when hacking Security Devices. It removes up to two Alarm, Overload Tiles, one Acceleration tile, and adds one Deceleration tile. In addition, the flow speed is reduced by a half second per tile. It may be used in conjunction with Security Expert 2.
