Reggie was one of Frank "Fontaine"'s henchmen during the events of BioShock: Rapture. Prior to the events of the 1958 raid on Fontaine Fisheries, Reggie underwent plastic surgery to resemble Fontaine, while the latter changed his appearance to that of Atlas. Reggie died during the shootout while posing as his boss, thus fooling all of Rapture into believing Fontaine had perished and paving the way for the 1958 New Year's Eve Riots. Reggie's body was eventually sewn up crudely to repair some of the damage, and then crucified along with the other bodies of various famous "parasites" in Rapture Central Control.
