R. J. Pickwick was the official inventor of the Sky-Hook and owner of R. J. Pickwick MFG. His invention was passed down to Jeremiah Fink, who mass-produced it at Fink Manufacturing. The police and military forces of Columbia eventually started carrying these tools to catch criminals and members of the Vox Populi.
