Lot 111, developed by Dr. Yi Suchong, was designed to speed up the growth process in children. It was used on Jack prior to the events of the game BioShock. An Audio Diary, Baby Status, explains how Jack had the muscular development of a 19-year-old when he was little more than one year old.
Even though the results appeared fine, Suchong described them as "disappointing, but within expected tolerances."
