Higher Standards was a play written by Sander Cohen advertised as coming soon to Fleet Hall. It was most likely one of the propaganda-orientated plays produced by Cohen for Andrew Ryan, promoting the image that Rapture was on the "rise."
Advertisements can be seen in the multiplayer versions of Fort Frolic and the Kashmir Restaurant.
