The Satyr Lounge on the Market Street strip.

The Satyr Lounge is a business in Rapture, seen in the BioShock Infinite downloadable content Burial at Sea - Episode 1. Located on Market Street, the establishment serves as a lounge and bar.

Booker DeWitt and Elizabeth go past the lounge on their journey through Market Street.

The Satyr is made inaccessible by a couple standing in front of the door unaware they're blocking the entrance. A window overlooking the Market Street promenade reveals the interior of the lounge, or at least a part of it. With a stylish Cocktail Lounge, two doors on both sides of the bar, at least three tables, and an attentive waiter having a discussion with a customer, the Satyr is clearly an intimate and popular watering hole for the upper class patrons of Rapture.

Behind the Scenes[]

  • The Satyr is a member of Pan's group of compatriots. The Satyr is represented as a man with the features of a goat, such as goat-like ears, horns, and legs.[1] These features are represented on the marquis of the Satyr Lounge with Ram-like horns instead.
