Buck

Buck are the ammunition used by the Shotgun. There are three different types of buck which are fired in a wide burst of pellets, best used at short range.

The Shotgun's 00 buck does a high amount of piercing damage, and is effective against all targets. 00 buck can be bought and found in abundance, furthering increasing its versatile use. Damage bonuses are applied from the Damage Research tonics.

The Shotgun's electric buck does a high amount of electric damage, stuns on impact, and is effective against all targets. Electric buck can be bought and found in limited quantities. Damage bonuses are applied from the Damage Research and Electric Flesh tonics.

[edit] Exploding Buck

The Shotgun's exploding buck does high amount of heat damage, ignites enemies and objects on impact, and is effective against all targets. Use it as an alternative to Incinerate! plasmid to get rid of the ice barricading your way. Exploding buck can be found and manufactured in limited quantities. Damage bonuses are applied from the Damage Research and Human Inferno tonics.
