Customer Service is a hub area located in the Housewares section of Fontaine's. During the events of the BioShock Infinite downloadable content, Burial at Sea - Episode 1, Booker DeWitt and Elizabeth must journey through here in an effort to rescue the lost child Sally.
Back in Fontaine's heyday, the trio of buildings were a massive complex with various departments, stores, and businesses located throughout. Naturally, it'd be difficult for customers to keep track of all the different enterprises, especially if this was their first visit to Fontaine's. Fortunately, the employees at the Customer Service booth attended to customers before, during, and after purchases and also provided information for the many shops in the department. Its centralized location between Bookstore and Appliances on the left with Bridal and Toys on the right meant it was easy to find.

Booker and Elizabeth can find one of the heating vents in the room behind the Customer Service counter. A trail of candy and sweets from the vent leads to the left of the Customer Service counter, to a pair of Splicers attempting to lure Sally out of the vent. A Tear containing Medical Kits can be brought through in front of the counter, a freight hook to the left, and a decoy to its right. At the front desk, there's a Tommy Gun, a pack of cigarettes, and a safe (requiring 3 Lockpicks) containing 3 bottles of whiskey, 3 coins, a bottle of gin, and a Gold Bar.
Five heating vents are required to be closed to find Sally. The remaining vent is located in Toys, but the entrance here has been barricaded off, forcing them to find a back way in through Appliances.
