Anna Culpepper is a musician whose songs, critical of Andrew Ryan's leadership, made her a target for Ryan and for one of his closest allies, Sander Cohen. Ryan ordered Sullivan, his chief of security, to kill her, which he reluctantly did. Her corpse is found in the bath tub of her apartment in Olympus Heights. However, the actual location and manner of her murder may be unclear, as she is fully clothed in her bathtub—a detail suggesting she may not have actually been killed in the bath where her corpse is found.
